Phil Harper appointed GOC Chairman

Phil Harper was appointed the new GOC Chairperson at the recent Deaf Sports Australia January Board meeting, replacing Richard Pearce who resigned from the role in December.

Phil is a current DSA Board member and brings a wealth of experience to the role being a former Director of the Melbourne 2005 Deaflympics; former Manager of the Victorian Council of Deaf People; founding member and life member of Deaf Australia; and a Churchill Fellow in 1983.

Phil will commenced his role in late January.
