Star athletes are those who get frustrated with their best. They are constantly looking for ways to improve their performance. They constantly set improvement goals and evaluate their results to see how they are performing. I am proud to say that the 2001 Australian Deaflympics Team did just that and more and that each member did Australia proud!

Results are available on the 2001 Australian Deaflympics Team website. This would not have been possible without the generous support of our sponsors including the Australian Sports Commission, Australian Communication Exchange and Ansett.

We thank Lyndon Borrow for his invaluable assistance with the design and development of the website for the Deaflympics.
