The ICSD has informed Deaf Sports Australia (and other members) that they have confirmed to go ahead with the 2013 Deaflympics in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The ICSD reports that all the required venues are already in place, Bulgaria also has a a great history of hosting deaf sports events and the government is supportive.
